How long, on average, does it take to hire a candidate?

Finding the right fit can take as little as a couple of weeks or up to a few months. It all depends on the client’s timeline, the demands of each position and the availability of candidates able to meet them. We are upfront with our clients about any perceived difficulties based on schedule, compensation, etc.

Do we pay the candidates through the agency?

Our clients pay their employees directly. We do not handle payroll.

Do you have a replacement policy?

We are confident in our long term placements, however, in the event of something not working, we do have a policy in place. Please refer to the AHS fee agreement for more details.

Are all candidates legal to work in the US?

Yes, we check all identification and legal permits before accepting a candidate

How experienced are your candidates?

Each candidate will have different education levels and qualifications. We will try to coordinate this according to your families needs.
